2.1 Information You Provide

  • Account Information: Name, email address, and login credentials when you create an account through our authentication provider (Manus OAuth)
  • Organization Information: Company name, business address, and team member details
  • Payment Information: Billing address and payment method details (processed securely by Stripe; we do not store full card numbers)
  • User Content: Photographs and images you upload for virtual staging
  • Communications: Messages you send to us through support channels, contact forms, and email
  • Property Information: Property addresses and details you provide for staging jobs

2.2 Information Collected Automatically

  • Usage Data: Information about how you use the Service, including features accessed, actions taken, and staging preferences
  • Device Information: Browser type, operating system, device identifiers, and screen resolution
  • Log Data: IP address, access times, pages viewed, and referring URLs
  • Analytics Data: We use Google Analytics to collect aggregated usage statistics (see Section 8)
  • Cookies: We use cookies and similar technologies to maintain sessions and improve user experience

3. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

  • Provide, maintain, and improve the Service
  • Process your virtual staging requests using AI technology
  • Process payments and manage subscriptions through Stripe
  • Send you service-related communications and transactional emails via Resend
  • Send marketing communications (with your consent) including drip campaigns and promotional offers
  • Respond to your inquiries and provide customer support
  • Analyze usage patterns to improve our Service
  • Detect, prevent, and address technical issues and security threats
  • Comply with legal obligations
  • Personalize your experience and provide relevant recommendations

4. Third-Party Service Providers

We use the following third-party services to operate our platform:

4.1 Stripe (Payment Processing)

We use Stripe to process payments. When you make a purchase, your payment information is sent directly to Stripe and is subject to Stripe's Privacy Policy. We receive only limited information such as the last four digits of your card, card type, and billing address.

4.2 Resend (Email Communications)

We use Resend to send transactional and marketing emails. Your email address and name are shared with Resend to deliver these communications. Resend's practices are governed by theirPrivacy Policy.

4.3 Google Analytics

We use Google Analytics to understand how visitors interact with our website. Google Analytics collects information such as how often users visit the site, what pages they visit, and what other sites they used prior to coming to our site. We use this information to improve our Service. Google's ability to use and share information collected by Google Analytics is restricted by theGoogle Analytics Terms of Service andGoogle Privacy Policy.

4.4 AI Processing Services

We use AI services to process your uploaded images and generate virtually staged photographs. Your images are processed through secure APIs and are not used to train AI models. Processed images are stored securely in our cloud infrastructure.

4.5 Cloud Storage (Amazon S3)

Your uploaded images and staged outputs are stored on Amazon Web Services (AWS) S3. AWS maintains industry-leading security practices as described in theirPrivacy Notice.

5. How We Share Your Information

We may share your information in the following circumstances:

  • Service Providers: With third-party vendors who assist in providing the Service (as described in Section 4)
  • Team Members: With other members of your organization as permitted by your account settings
  • Affiliates: If you were referred by an affiliate partner, we share limited information to track referrals
  • Legal Requirements: When required by law or to respond to legal process
  • Business Transfers: In connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets
  • With Your Consent: When you have given us permission to share your information

We do not sell your personal information to third parties.

6. Data Retention

We retain your personal information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide you with the Service. We will also retain and use your information as necessary to comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements.

  • Account Data: Retained while your account is active and for 30 days after deletion
  • Uploaded Images: Retained according to your subscription plan's retention policy (typically 30-90 days)
  • Staged Output Images: Retained according to your subscription plan's retention policy
  • Payment Records: Retained for 7 years for tax and legal compliance
  • Email Communication Logs: Retained for 2 years for support and compliance purposes
  • Analytics Data: Aggregated analytics data is retained indefinitely; individual session data expires per Google Analytics policies

7. Data Security

We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your personal information against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. These measures include:

  • Encryption of data in transit (TLS/SSL) and at rest
  • Secure cloud infrastructure with access controls
  • Regular security assessments and monitoring
  • Secure payment processing through PCI-compliant providers
  • Access controls and authentication requirements

However, no method of transmission over the Internet or electronic storage is 100% secure. While we strive to protect your personal information, we cannot guarantee its absolute security.

8. Cookies and Tracking Technologies

We use cookies and similar tracking technologies to collect and track information about your use of the Service. You can control cookies through your browser settings, but disabling cookies may affect the functionality of the Service.

Some browsers have a "Do Not Track" feature that signals to websites that you do not want your online activity tracked. Our Service does not currently respond to Do Not Track signals, but you can opt out of Google Analytics tracking as described in Section 8.
